2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Setup is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our 7-day returns policy applies as described in the Returns Policy page. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
Products carry the standard manufacturer warranty. Setup facilitates warranty claims on your behalf but is not the warranty provider. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
